This might ruffle some turkey feathers, but...
You don’t need to time the market or wait for lower interest rates. You don't need to wait for home prices to go down or to see what happens after the election. And you definitely don't need to “google” more, consume allllll the news, or to obsess over your Zestimate.

You need an agent for life.
Because the market is always changing. Today's market is not the same as it was 10 years ago, 6 months ago, or even 5 weeks ago!
And if you're not a real estate professional, you don't have time to study the trends or track the market. You have better things to do than to keep track of things like mortgage rates or home values or average…
